Bologna hosts the national Pride 2012 the event against discrimination and violence toward LGBT, lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people.

From April to June many initiatives such as conferences, meetings, music and sport appointments, cimena, theatre will be the opportunity to think over the last thirty years as well as over the future goals still to be achieved. 

On Saturday June 9, the national Parade will close Bologna Pride 2012.Departure at 3pm from Piazza di Porta Saragozza and then, through the city streets, the parade will arrive in Piazza Maggiore for the final speeches and shows.
