  • First stop to a small cheese factory, where you will see all the working steps in the production of Parmigiano Reggiano DOP the world’s most famous (and delicious!) artisanal cheese made only here the in the Emilia-Romagna countryside.

  • At the end of the visit you will enjoy a breakfast of glass or two of good, sweet Lambrusco, and, of course, plenty of Parmigiano Reggiano.    

  • From the Parmigiano factory we move on to a traditional "Acetaia", to show you the secrets of the famous Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena DOP(certified Balsamic Vinegar, minimum 12 years old).

  • Our stop includes a full tasting of Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale DOP, allowing you to compare 6-year balsamico with 15- and 45-year balsamico.

  • From aceto balsamico to one of the best Prosciutto producers in the region, where you’ll meet a family that for over three generations has been committed to the production of Prosciutto di Modena DOP. With tasting at the end of the visit.

  • Next stop? Lunch at a countryside original Trattoria, a perfect ending to a day filled with the very best of Italian food culture, here you’ll experience the famous Italian Days “LIGHT” lunch, EATING and DRINKING the best FOOD & WINE that our region has to offer!
