The Grand Hotel Sitea is superbly located at the heart of the historical Turin.The Hotel, acquired in 1925 by the Knight Emiliano Lera, immediately distinguished itself for the superb and refined atmosphere. In the Twenties ant Thirties of the XX century it witnessed a first massive industrial expansion in the piedmontese Capital; later on, chronicled the great political upheavals due to the Second World War, and eventually the palace had been confiscated, between December 1944 and May 1945, by the Reparti Anti Partigiani. After this period the hotel took its original hospitality service again.The Hotel developed its activity among all the events that characterized, in the past century, the intense city life, to which the hotel is so strongly related. During this period, so rich in political and city history, the Grand Hotel Sitea welcomed in its elegant rooms and suites many prestigious personalities among which we find the legendary Louis Armstrong, Marcello Mastroianni, Ray Charles, Mohammed Alì and many other national and international stars, Nobel prizes and artists.The “Sitea” will make you enjoy a bit of the magical atmosphere of Turin in its cosy and suggestive atmosphere!
